At KashmirFlow, we strive to provide you with exceptional travel experiences. However, we understand that sometimes plans may change. Please review our refund policy below for all bookings made through our website:

1. Cancellation by Customer:

  • Up to 7 days before departure: Customers can cancel their booking and receive a full refund, minus a small processing fee.
  • Within 7 days of departure: Cancellations made within this period will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Less than 48 hours before departure: No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled departure.

2. Cancellation by KashmirFlow:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, including any applicable taxes or fees.

3. Refund Process:

  • All refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid by credit card, the refund may take additional time depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Changes to Your Booking:

If you wish to modify your booking, please contact us at least 7 days before the scheduled tour date. Changes may be subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

5. Special Circumstances:

We understand that sometimes special circumstances arise (illness, family emergency, etc.). Please reach out to our customer support team if you need assistance, and we will review your case on an individual basis.
