1. Shipping of Travel Documents & Packages:
- Delivery Time: All travel documents, including itineraries, tickets, and other important materials, will be shipped within 2–3 business days after booking confirmation.
- Shipping Methods: We use reliable shipping services, such as standard courier or express shipping, depending on the delivery time chosen at checkout.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping costs will be added to your booking at the time of checkout and will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.
2. Shipping of Souvenirs & Merchandise:
- Order Processing Time: Orders for souvenirs or KashmirFlow merchandise will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
- Shipping Rates: Shipping fees for merchandise will depend on the size and weight of the items ordered, as well as the shipping destination. These fees will be calculated at checkout.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on your location, with most shipments reaching their destination within 7-10 business days. International shipments may take longer depending on customs processing.
3. International Shipping:
- Customs and Import Duties: For international shipments, please note that additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may be applied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
- Shipping Time: International shipments can take anywhere from 7-21 business days to arrive, depending on the destination country.
